Shipping Carrier
Your package may be shipped used the following shipping carriers: FedEx, USPS, UPS.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and your package has shipped, an address correction fee will be incurred.
Be sure to enter the full address correctly.
Omitting an apartment number, floor number, business name etc may cause delay in delivering your package and an address correction fee.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking numbers which will allow your order on the carrier website.
Keep in mind, some of our orders ship out in multiple or combined shipments, so you may receive multiple emails from us with more than one tracking number. You may also check the status of your order on our order status page.

1-2 business day (Express) services to locations within the contiguous United States.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
Production & Handling Time
Each of our items has an estimated production/handling time frame, which is the time it takes for our team to create, personalize (if applicable) and prepare your order for shipment.
Keep in mind these dates are estimates subject to change but we do our very best to provide you with accurate delivery windows.
